| Hi folks, I was wondering if anyone has any good/bad reviews of the various beats per minute analyzers available. I'd love to hear which ones actually give accurate counts. Does other DJs use BPM data to help create mixes? Do you record the BPM counts of your music collections? Im in the process of setting up a web site that provides a place where DJs can meet, chat and add song data such as BPM to a large database. Do you think its a goer?? | as i said before i do think the website is a great idea and could be a very useful resource for DJ's. I don't use bpm counters / detectors but the ones i have come accross have been shite, as far as i know there isn't one accurate enough to rely on. If you want to find the BPM of a track just count the beats for 30 seconds and double it, that's a pretty spot on way of working out the BPM of a track.
