has anyone used rebirth with reason at all? is it worth using with it and would a midi controller work when the two are on the go at the same time?

I thought about doing this but haven't got round to it yet. I've got both programs.
Personally I only think it's worth it for the "feel" of using rebirth old school style. I doubt there's many sounds hat rebirth can make that reason can't. But for exampleyou may prefer the controls on rebirth etc. etc.
If you do try then let me know what it's like ...
Edit : sorry don't know about the midi controller issue.

well i tried it there but not sure if i did it correctly

i opened reason first - created a mixer and a rebirth input machine

then i opened rebirth - but when i opened it it displayed the splash screen then disappeared

is rewire not installed correctly or something ?
