Default Channel mode

When converting a mix from wave to mp3 what channel mode is best to use?

I’ve checked a load of mixes out from pro djs and not so pro ones heh
I've noticed that everyone uses different channel modes. Maybe they convert to any channel mode because they don't think there's a difference in sound quality etc.

Obviously mono is out of the question, but which is best to use Stereo, Joint Stereo or Dual Channel??
