These can sound awesome when done right just as long as they aren't overused eg anymore than one spinback every 90 minutes could kill a night (a night that would last anywhere between 3 - 7hrs amongst several DJ's)

I love doing em but hardly ever pull em of right (that's proberly down to the state I'm in at the time though) Oh well

very very rarely do spinbacks. Occasionally if im doing an urban set at a party or something and im dropping a big track but not during a dance set, but can sound awesome though agreed

occasionally do spinbacks... say if you've got a really good pumping track going then your into the build up & you've still got the other tune playing in the background then just before the main tune is gonna kick off again do a spinback on the other tune works really well.

are these the same as rewinds???, if so i argee, if there done right they sound amazing, but dont do them to many times duing a set

Yeh I try to piss about with them sometime like just before a big track explodes it can sound good, variety is everything
