Default Crappy work monitors

The monitor im using keeps flashing like a stobelight when it loads IE windows and its giving me a headache.

I feel like throwing the darn thing out the window haha

Yeah mines is the same. You need to adjust the resolution then change the screen refesh rate in the advanced display options to 70/75 Htz.

Also.. you need to apply "Force Off Screen compisition even under terminal frequency" in the Internet Options advanced tab.

Doesnt always work though.

Tried that and its still the same
