New Members - Introductions!

hey guys been flicking through the forum for ages so thoguht it was about time i joined up!

im Vibechild, 19years old, im a uni student and run my own valeting and detailing business in south wales. I started my whole music passion on the drums up untill 16, when i had my first set of decks (yes i started on cd!) which where the SLDZ-1200's. in my younger teens i had a real love for RnB and hiphop, so i started spinning in this genre. However as time grew i fell in love with funky house, especially with influences from my Uncle and his club in Merthyr, which is why i kinda now spin both genre's!

i landed my very first official residency last November in a cardiff nightclub (The 411) and love it! i also have my own equipment to do private parties/do's (which is how i got by before my residency!). Obvioulsy havent played with any big names (yet lol!) but i did do a set when superstar RnB group 'Next' came to Sodabar, Cardiff, where i played house on the terrace which i guess is my biggest event to date.

i currently spin on CDJ1000 mk3's and a djm400 (new mixer and serato to follow)
