| This Autumn we at Ministry of Sound and our good friends at Corona Extra have decided that it's time we took to the road and did some damage to a different dance floor! From far-flown to home-grown the Great British clubbing public have supported us near and far and so we are thrilled, delighted and excited to present the 'Ministry of Sound and Corona Extra Sessions Tour', bringing a taste of 'main room Ministry' to you! Week-in, week-out thousands of party people make the journey to hear the original heroes and future superstars of dance music that pass through our infamous main room, the Box. From underground to over-ground, genre-mashing to pure and unadulterated house, our fine roster of residents and parties means that when it comes to on-the-beat music, our sense-spanking parties have got it well and truly covered! Over two months, however, Ministry of Sound and Corona Extra will travel the length and breadth of the county to host the very best parties at venues that have the same commitment and passion about dance music as we and our artists do. Kicking things off is a union to be really excited about as we join forces with promotional powerhouse Digital. Straddling both ends of the country we will be bringing our 'Ministry of Sound and Corona Extra Sessions Tour' to both the Newcastle and Brighton Digital clubs, with things getting started in Newcastle on October 11th. Headlining this very special launch will be non-other than Fedde le Grand, fresh from his residency at Pacha Ibiza and no doubt ready to drop his notoriously main room sound on northern clubbing rock Digital. Landing in their southern home on the 18th, we turn to something altogether more soulful as Sandy Rivera brings his vibrant sounds to Digital Brighton. Next our tour of the country takes us back to the homestead as Sander Kleinenberg plays an un-missable 'This Is…' party here at Ministry of Sound London. Known for his extraordinary show as VJ and DJ, Sander commands the dance-floor like no other and brings something a little different to this 'Ministry of Sound and Corona Extra Sessions Tour.' After this we're back on the move again changing the tempo and bringing the bass-heavy, statement making sound of the Audio Bullys to Sheffield's Plug on the 1st November. Also on the 1st November our tour takes us to another incredible venue, the Custard Factory in Birmingham, where Detroit innovator and visionary Derrick May will be bringing his defining Techno beat, joined by François K and Amê and Dom Chung. With Derrick's residency behind it, Ministry of Sound's Hi-Tek Soul Party has quickly become one of the most anticipated nights on our calendar and a platform for a new wave of forward thinking and extraordinary artists. Nottingham follows with the Gatecrasher club hosting the man the machine, the creator of 'Pjanno' its Eric Prydz on the 14th November, joined by Gaz James. And finally, we'll be at the Mezz Club in Leeds, as Alex Gopher, Lottie and We're Not Cool! come together for the last Sessions party, a perfect adieu from the 'Ministry of Sound and Corona Extra Sessions Tour 2008'.
