“Deepsexyfuturistictechfunkhouse”, that’s what the kids across the pond are calling the sound of Danny Howells and it comes pretty close to capturing his eclectic, adventurous sound. This is party music for a serious dance floor, and with a 7hr set opening out before him, there is plenty of time for Danny’s famously infectious personality to drive things forward. Online dance magazine resident advisor provide the other half of this sound clash. As strong supporters of a more minimal, techy sound, we look forward to percussive, dubby sets from Tood Terje and Tensnake, as well as a whirl-wind tour of Prins Thomas’ Nordic “space-disco”, all happening in the Bar.
