Welcome to the site.

Electricity: Its a bit too Benny Benassi for my liking and theres nothing that really makes it an evolution of Benny Benassi's sound either, it sounds like something he hasn't finished! Don't get me wrong if I sound harsh, I like it, its just theres nothing that really sets it apart from Benny Benassi. Its also a little bit too samey all the way through (well the preview clip is anyway) and only spikes my interest at 1:40 but then it disappoints by following the Benassi build... Kick, Kick-Clap, Kick-Clap-Hat... Theres nothing about the track that says "Yeah, it sounds like Benassi... but this is me... I made it better!!"

Flying: I don't normally like trance but, from that very short clip, I like the sound of it. My first thoughts when I heard it were 'light', 'floating' and 'dream' (which given the title seems to be very appropriate!) I'd like to hear a longer version of this track (unfortunately I'm not going to register for yet another site, even though the track is only 50p)... to see what the breaks and build are like. If they reflect the feeling of the short clip then I would actually listen to this a lot!
It may horrify you but add some vocals to it, something people can hook onto (of course keep the original vocal free version too) and you may be onto a winner. I've even thought of some lyrics too (don't laugh!!! ) sung by a soft female vocal they would be great...

"Everytime I see your face, I'm flying, I'm flying,
Your touch makes my heart race, I'm flying, I'm flying,
When you're lying next to me, I'm flying, I'm flying,
You're all I want and need, I'm flying, I'm flying"

(The first syllabyl of 'Everytime' should be sung just before the first beat of the first bar, the same as 'When' just before the 9th bar) ... Hey, I never said I was a lyracist... but thats what the song put in my head!!

Technologic: Not really my cup of tea I'm afraid but again, as with the electricity track not much happens in it (again, its a short clip though). I feel that the vocal sample doesn't sit too comfortably with rest of the track and, I may be wrong, seems to be ever so slightly out of time. Don't take it personally but the track seems to be just another generic electro track with a well known sample over the top. Sorry!

------------------------------------------------------------

Anyways, I probably couldn't do any better so keep on it! Hope you found some of the above useful! You could always tell me to shut up and I have no idea what I'm talking about though!!

thanks for the feedback..

Electricity is similar to benny benassi yes
(bare in mind im not a dj, and only started producing this year alone)
So im happy with what ive achieved.

Flying, is the best trance track ive made 'uplifiting' as i said.
fits the bill for a tune ud listen to on a field at a dance event.

Technologic remix - this was made through tips from Judge jules.
after finally completing it, i passed it back to him and he was happy with it.

As for vocals on flying, i wouldnt know how to go about it! i produce from my laptop

Shame its only samples

this week i should be signing with U-NEQ Productions New york based record label.

its only early anyway, alot more to come

cheers

but thanks for the feedback

What software do you use? PM me or message me on MySpace if you don't want everyone to know! Although it shouldn't really matter someone once told me that never tell anyone, especially record labels, how you produce your music as there can be a lot of snobbish attitudes in the industry if you've used anything less than 'industry standard' equipment/software. You can tell me though... I won't tell anyone!

I used to do a bit of song writing/producing myself... many moons ago. Still would if I could be bothered!!

Getting vocals shouldn't be too much of a problem... Theres plenty of talented singers out there just waiting to be discovered... Bizarelly MySpace Music is probably a good place to look, theres plenty of singers out there just waiting for an opportunity... They don't have to be expertly and professionally produced... just enough to get the A&R guys interested... cleaning up vocals would come later.
