hi guys,

right just before xmas i bought some sony mdr-v500 headphones from the sony centre and it seems I got totally mugged off. They were £79.99... seemed ok, and they had the MDR-V700's for £129....

after having a go with a set of 700's at the weekend I am now looking to sell the 500 and buy 700's.

Everywhere on the web says the 500 retail at £49 - great!!!! the sony online shop has the 700 for 99 + vat which seems about right. Although on ebay a uk seller is selling a brand new set, supposedly genuine in a sony box with case for just under £40 including postage?????

please help im confused and want 700's for saturday night...
