Gemsound VXM-80

Is this a good mixer for someone on a budget? I don't want to spend much more than $100 and I can find this for around $120.

I'm just looking for something to hook 2 tables up to, but I don't want to just get a 2 channel because I might want a drum machine or something in the future.
