CHORLEY 102.8 FM is a brand new radio station for the North West of the U.K,or can be listened to anywhere online @ Chorley FM Community Radio

By day it provides a good mixture of new music and classics too,also chat and local issues, but when the sun goes down and night rises CHORLEY FM becomes a leading platform for new and oldskool dance music, providing many genres that other radio stations simply dont cater for. CHORLEY FM really does provide the Dance music you want to hear and with our listening figures constantly growing as word spreads about the quality of our music Chorley FM is set to make quiet an impact on the North West dance scene.

The current schedule is as follows...

MONDAY: 10:00pm-1:00am - HOUSE MUSIC with Andrew Holden.
Supplying the best in brand new Funky and Electro style House to get your week off to a good start or maybe even ease you down from your overstreched weekend.

TUESDAY: 11:00pm-01:00am (Fortnightly rotation) -ADRENALINE SESSIONS,Drum & Bass with Meecha banging out the underground beats and basslines/HARDCORE with Ajay and Mike E plus guest DJ's thumping out Nu skool UK Hardcore.

TUESDAY: 01:00am-02:00am - TRANCE with DJ Chongy laying down the uplifting melodic trance.

THURSDAY 6:00pm-8:00pm - HOUSE HITS with Damian spining favourite hits of House music.

THURSDAY: 8:00pm-10:00pm - THE LOUNGE with Paul Teague.
Laying down a different mixture of Dance music. Shades of Chill,Ambient,Trip Hop,Acid Jazz and Nu Jazz.

THURSDAY: 10:00pm-1:00am - BEATS AND BLEEPS with Steve G, Benny E & Ilogical
A weekly Techno show giving you an across the board display of Techno from minimal and Detroit to hard, fast and Industrial. It's the genre other radio stations ignore but at Chorley FM we play real Dance music for real Dance music people.

FRIDAY: 06:00pm-08:00pm - HARD HOUSE/HARD TRANCE and TECHNO with DJ Clumsy mixing it up hard to get your weekend started right.

FRIDAY: 08:00pm-10:00pm - THE KITCHEN SINK with HEAPY and Stocko (Plasmastorm) mixing up 2 hours of House,Breaks,Techno and Electro crazyness for your listening pleasure as well as a few jokes and funny stuff.Expect everything but the kitchen sink (hence the name,)as they get you ready for the weekend.

FRIDAY: 10:00pm-12:00am - HANDBAGS & HARDBAGS with Steve RH and Unzi giving you the sound of 90s clubland.90s Oldskool and Retro House and club classics.First friday of each month 'Rave rewind' with quest DJ A-Jay (Bowlers/United Dance)all classic Rave tunes.Last friday of each month is 'Retro trance' playing big euphoric trance tunes 96'-99'.

FRIDAY: 12:00am-02:00am - HARDCORE with Ajay (Elysium) and featured guest DJ's dishing out the Nu Skool Hardcore madness for those who like it fast and hard.

SATURDAY: 08:00pm-10:00pm - SCOUSE HOUSE JAMMAZ with DJ Thorny Wigan Pier and Maximes style bouncers. DJ Thorny mixes from start to finish getting you ready for your big saturday night.

SATURDAY: 10:00pm-12:00am (fortnightly rotation)- SCOUSE HOUSE SESSIONS with DJ Sparky continuing the Scouse House and Donk flavours to keep you bouncing/HARDSTYLE with John H laying down the Hard Houes/Techno fusion that is Hardstyle,another genre that Chorley FM is championing.

SATURDAY: 12:00am-2:00am - SCOUSE ANTHEMS with BAZ laying down another 2 hours of Banging Scouse House and Donk tunage.

Chorley FM is dedicated to bringing you the Dance music that other radio stations dont recognise, where else can you here Techno on the FM dail? and in the North West the Scouse House sound is massive yet virtually ignored by other stations.

The Oldskool revival is also another massive sound missed by most radio stations, why? Well we dont know why the others won't play the Dance music you want to hear. But what we do know is that at CHOLEY 102.8 FM we will!!
