You Should think about pioneer cd's or technics vinyl's.I've tested a lot of cd deck's (Numark, gemini, denon etc) and pioneer is best. You should Think about something cheep, cdj 800 mk 1 or 2 and djm500 or 600.

i would personally get stanton str8 150 decks if your budget streches that far vastly superiour to technics 1210's more versitile and enables you to be more creative dont get me wrong technics are quality decks but after you have learnt to beatmix you will be looking to be more creative after all thats whats makes dj's stand out i personally would recomend pioneer cmx3000 cd decks a cheap way of owning cdj1000's but the most important tip i can give you is get to know your tunes 100% know were every breakdown drumroll vocal is in your tunes and pratice every day good luck

Honestly I not recomend CMX,there is a lot of problems with it,it not reading all of cd,scratching mode is rubbish and on screen have 140BPM and track have 136.(Wrong reading). For me CDj100's are batter.Cheep kit for begineer is 100's 200's or best 800's CDJ's and mixer 300,500,600 DJM or Numark 2002X with I had as first and was really happy about it.But pioneer....

i would say any mixer or cd player that offers bpm info is always only an estimate and to be honest you should not use them it is much better to beatmatch with your ears
