Default lessons

I dont think you need lessons, it just seems to click over night usually...Sometimes it takes days and sometimes months, but usually something suddenly occurs to you and you get it....Then its just practice.

What you having trouble with mate? Just beat matching?

Most of the big name dj/producer's offer lessons but youre looking at £100+ for a day! You can get some very good tutorials on beat matching etc on youtube!

firstly cheers for the answers lads, been waiting ages for a reply to that message, i'm ok with the beat matching it was more really on the eq-ing the mix and any sort of tricks etc that i could throw in during the mix if you know what i mean, also i have only done cd's so wouldnt mind learning how to scratch on vinyl.
cheers jordan

If youre after tricks, its something you just ned to practice! if youre using cdjs then the jobs as easy as its gunna get as a cd deck is alot more versatile that vinyl. the sample/loop button is gunna be one of your best friends as you can leave the tune on the cd completely alone whilst you distroy, distort and generally bastardize a looping beat!

Try watching someone like rodi style mix! Hes possibly the best in the industry when it comes to deck tricks!
