Dear , DJ PASSION Forum members we would like to offer you a fantastic opportunity.

This is an ideal position for any one who is passionate about music and wants to get a place in a very fast moving industry.

Numark Industries is the world's largest supplier of professional disc jockey equipment is an internationally recognized company for innovation and quality of service and was recently was named company of the year by the music trade magazine.

Also part of the Numark Group are; Alesis and Akai Professional leading suppliers of professional audio recording equipment and electronic music instruments and Ion Audio, a leading supplier of consumer portable and home audio appliances, famous for its archiving and ipod products.

We require two customer services operatives to join our Ion Support Desk working with our home and mobile audio ranges as well as assisting with our Numark, Alesis and Akai helpdesks when needed in times of high call volume.

Candidates must be able to self organise and work under pressure with the minimum of supervision. Ideally, applicants will have at least one years experience in admin/technical support and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Duties will involve providing technical support for all ion products, general customer service, the administration of repairs and returns using an in-house database and taking spare parts orders.

Customer contact is essential in this role and applicants will therefore need to have a professional approach and be able to communicate effectively.

Applicants will need the following:-

Excellent communication analysis and organizational skills.
As customer interaction via phone is a key part of this role, good phone manner and a good level of understanding and mastery of speaking of the English language is a must to ensure the best level of support quality for our wide range of customers.
Good level of computer skills, previous computer support experience preferred.
A general knowledge of audio equipment such as, iPods, ipod products and home audio setups.
A passion for Music and Music Products.

This full time position is located at the Numark Alesis Europe HQ in Aldershot Hampshire.

Working hours for this post are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary is negotiable but primarily will be based on experience of candidate.
