Alrighty then, looks like we are going to have a bash at this. For Julyish next year. I think general feeling is that we hold the night in Birmingham (i'm on the case with pos venues, but any ideas post em) Think we need a 2 roomed venue coz plenty of us want to play. Possibly look at a group booking for a hotel etc in the area, might cut down cost. How is it going to be funded?? I think the fairest way is split whole cost of putting night on evenly between whom ever is participating. Flyering, advertising, promoting will all need sorting so if anyone has ideas, contacts etc get on the case. Lets get this thing moving

well i can do the weekend of the 14th onwards, im away playing in Ibiza till then

and im willing to get on promotion, and put money into that. If someone designs a flyer once we have a date then i can get some printed and get them distributed. 1st priority is getting a venue though. Aim high, coccon, air, custard factory, DNA etc.

i dont think godskitchen will give up air on a weekend but they might rent out their carbon lounge on the top floor, think it holds a few hundred

good point, tell you what if you start another thread just for people to say if they are interested in it, i'm sending loads of emails at mo to clubs etc, some good 2/3 roomed venues
