Click on your C drive
Go to tools at the top
got to folder options
click on view tab
untick the hide file extension for known file types box
find the bin
see its now ends with .bin
rename it to end with .mpeg

your sorted

chances are its actually a cd image. i suggest getting Daemon Tools. It makes a virtual drive for you to mount the image in. Then you should be able to watch it in anything that plays vcds or whatever type it is.

if it asks you to install the bar etc during the installation, don't. i can't remember if mine had that crap in it.
