Mmm can you help us out, I dont think I can do this with my mixer, yes I know its shite, but it was the cheapest package with CDJ's so may aswell take it



How would I be able to manage recording from my pc without losing my speakers ?

does, your sound card on the computer have a "in line" jack? i would presume it does. if so all you would need to do to record what comes out of your mixer is to hook an rca cord up to a "booth" outlet on your mixer OR "record outlet" off your mixer to the "in line" on the soundcard(which would be a on the computer side a lil' headphone style plugin " . if your mixer doesn't have a "record outlet" nor a "booth" you could use the master channel on the mixer the same way . though you will not have sound to the amp/speakers. though i never use speakers anymore for mixing. learned to spin strictly off the headphones. came in handy when using the unbalanced rca jacks on the djx700 lol

Chris is right but you can't do this on your mixer because you only have one output so you'll either have to mix off your headphones and have your output into the computer or have no headphones and use your heaphone socket as an output socket to your monitors.
