there's alot of good tunes around in alot of genres at the moment, loads of talented producers breaking through lately

yeah, i use cdr's and mp3's and its defo easier, get sent tons of promo tracks. It's good cause you can be sent a track 45mins b4 a gig, re-edit it, burn it to cd and play it in your set

i've never really bought much vinyl so it's never been much of an issue for me, i tend to buy / get sent about 80-100ish new tracks a month

but vinyls sooo much better. I would normally spend about ?30 a week but am trying to save for various bits of studio gear at the moment so haven't been buying many tunes.

Typically there seems to be more good stuff coming out that there normally is i think there's about 30 tunes i really really want at the moment

So many more tunes around as mp3's though, can have a much wider range of music on cd's and laptop and is easy to remix, re-edit & burn to disc to play in a set, although you don't get the same feeling as having a physical copy of the track like with vinyl

much more techno comes out on vinyl tbh, never seen the point of re-edits either so doesn't really effect me
