I'm actually still in two minds whether to get a xone 92 or a DJM800 - decisions decisions - grrr

From what I have read up they are both quality mixers without a doubt - I haven't seen either of them in action though.

I have used the DJM500 many times and I find it is a quality mixer - ok the effects are crap that aside though it has a good build etc etc. been as I am used to the DJM500 I thought it would be good to get an DJM800. The extra stuff that the DJM800 has sounds real good e.g. harmonic mixing, better effects inc. filter (same as xone) the filter effect that the DJM500 doesn't have.

They have done loads to the DJM800 I would have more than likely took the cheaper option and got a DJM400 ,,, as it is only a 3ch mixer though its definitely a no no, i'm afraid.

I reckon I would only end up upgrading the DJM400 to a DJM800 at a later date. So yer I'd be better of just getting the DJM800 straight away.

Like I say though it's still a toss between the Allen & Heath 92 and DJM800. I won't be upgrading my current mixer for a while yet anyway... so I have enough time to decide I suppose

While I'm the subject I think I should remove my DJM800 avatar (DJM800 rules!) until I have actually used one. Hahaha.

Nar from what I have read though etc they are shoite hot.

OMG I have just highjacked the thread - oh well
