Yeah soundforge is the better option - if you have it but you can also get a hold of audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

But to split the tracks in soundforge (if you want to) is this:

- Load the mix in (doh)
- at the beginning on the mix press M on the keyboard to insert a marker
- find the part you want the next tune to start (track 2, 3 etc) and hit enter to pause it there and then hit M again to insert another - keep doing this for all your tunes
- go right to the end of the mix and insert another marker (M)
- Once you've done them all go to the Special Menu - Regions/List - Markers to Regions and say yes to the box that comes up
- Then go to Tools - Extract Regions and make sure all the regions are selected - then choose a folder for them to go by clicking browse below and click Extract
- Job done - ur mix will be cut into seperate tracks
