dude this isnt free but it is cheap and very reliable and quick due to the servers being hosted in london.
They are called RGHosting, I host my website and mixes with them using the business account - which only costs 3.99 a month and I get 2Gb webspace and 25Gb bandwidth which is loads.
They do a package for 1.99 which has 500mb webspace and 10Gb transfer.
A worthwhile investment mate.
