Default 16 Steps - Production

If its one one to one, or lessons with a buddy then take a look below.

Alex Parsons is available to teach Production at his Studio on flexible days from as little as ?120.

He has a masters in Music and is signed to BRIQUE ROUGE He has also completed various soundtracks for National TV

**Also available for music theory lessons for those of you wanting to learn a lot more! **

Here is what Alex has to say:

*You would be using Acid Pro 6, (As used by man himself ...
Trente Moeller!) Soundforge 8 and Cubase SL 3, plus a variety of soft synths and plugins (all only PC based apart from Cubase). I used to make tracks on Logic but now use Acid 6 as the results are just as good and I find it quicker to use.

*I'll give you a bundle of free software, synths and samples (all above board) ... all enough to get you started at home.

*I'll give you a load of hint sheets I've done to help you along the way. I teach production at a school during the week and these have been proving pretty useful!

*I'm doing the course for 120 pounds a day... and less for multiple bookings.

That's about all I can think of that you need to know... Any questions, give me a shout. One thing I can say is it's always good to learn from someone who's releasing a range of music themselves. Most of my stuff is coming out on Brique Rouge at the moment and I make loads of styles, ranging from minimal through to tougher house, electro and atmospheric TV soundtracks.

There's a load of stuff here for examples of my work
