How many mixes can I upload? |
With a free DJPassion account you can upload & send 5 mixes. With PRO Light you can upload & send 15 mixes, with PRO Standard it's 100 and with PRO Max it's 200. Go PRO Now Package Select |

What formats can I upload? |
DJPassion supports Mp3/Mp4.
NOTE: For converting audio files, you can use free software such as NCH's Switch Audio File Conversion Software ( http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html ) |

How do I change my Username? |
Please contact us and let us know the name you want to use and we can change it for you.
Please note: changing your username will also change your profile URL. All media and profile settings will remain unchanged.

How do I delete a mix that I have uploaded? |
Click the "My Account" link at the top right corner of the site. This will bring up a menu. Click "My Mixes" in this menu. Now you will see a list of your mixes. Under each mixes thumbnail there is a link named "Options". This link will give you a menu and allow you to delete the mix. |

Does DJPassion apply bit-rate compression when I upload mixes? |
No, but we may do in the future. |

I've run in to a few limitations of the free account, how can I go PRO? |
If you're using DJPassion a lot, a PRO account may be for you. Just head over to the PRO page ( http://www.djpassion.co.uk/package_select/ ) and check out our various plans. They range from £2.99/month (£33.99/year) for the PRO Light account to £14.99/month (£164.99/year) for a PRO Max. |

You must set it to be the default package.

All of sudden I can't view my mixes in my control panel - why? |
The Free package is limited to 1024MB (1GB) of bandwidth per month.To view your mixes in your control panel you would need to upgrade to a PRO account or wait for the monthly bandwidth to reset. Go PRO Now ( http://www.djpassion.co.uk/package_select/ ) All of your mixes will still be available for streaming/download by other guests/members on our site. They will only be hidden in your own control panel. |
