Before submitting your web site to the djpassion directory please read the information below. Failure to follow the submission guidelines may result in your site being rejected.

Choosing the right category:

    Many submission reviews are delayed if submitted to the wrong category. To find the most appropriate category for your site, drill down into the main directory locating the most appropriate category according to the content of your web site, then click on submit link - This is important because directory users often drill down to the topic in which they are interested. If you submit your site to a too general topic, you may get missed by your target audience.

Web site descriptions:

 The goal of a description is to write a summary of what your web site offers and to let the visitor know why your site would be useful to them. Start with a short overview and include a few main aspects. Anything that makes the site unique should also be mentioned.

Common mistakes in site titles and descriptions:

  • Impossible boasts or pompous hype
  • Unnecessary capitals or exclamation marks
  • Poor grammar
  • Including the site / company name in the description (it should already be in the title).

    URL NON-ELIGIBILITY:

    DJPassion editors will not accept the following:

    • Sites that have no google page rank (Gray Bar)
    • Sites not directly relating to dance music or urban lifestyle
    • Site must not contain any parts under construction
    • Sites must be in the English language (or have an English version available)
    • Site must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    • Sites that use redirects to another URL
    • Sites that include, constitute, or promote illegal content
    • No sites such as gambling, drugs or porn
    • Sites that are "mirror sites." "Mirror sites" contain identical content, but different URL's
    • Sites that contain mainly affiliate links
    • Sites considered poor quality by the reviewing editor

    Failure to follow the above guidelines when submitting a site to the djpassion directory may result in your site being rejected.
